SPIRITUAL DIRECTION SESSIONS

 

Spiritual Director

 

Cheri Roth is a Spiritual Director trained through the Oasis Ministries program of Spiritual Direction for Spiritual Guides. The focus of her studies was learning the art of spiritual direction and the practice of various disciplines of contemplative prayer. Becoming a trained Spiritual Director has been one of her lifelong dreams.

 

Spiritual Direction is not counseling, but one person holding sacred space for another to process their own journey in life; allowing the Holy Spirit/Universal Energy to be the guide. Intentionally learning to listen for and discern the gentle nudges of the Holy, encompasses the many aspects of Spiritual Direction.

 

 

Deepening questions are asked to help the directee listen below the noise of their life as they share where life finds them. Various contemplative practices/prayer and/or art techniques can be used in holding the sacred space. The Enneagram or Grief Work can also be used to frame a Spiritual Direction session in helping to guide the Mind, Body, and Spirit to “Come to Quiet”.

1 Hour Spiritual Direction Session *

Price: $65

The focus of a 1 hour Spiritual Direction session is in helping to guide the Mind, Body, and

Spirit to “Come to Quiet” by implementing various prayer and art techniques and holding

sacred space. The Enneagram or Grief Work can be used to frame a Spiritual Direction session.

 

* If looking to enhance the experience, Reiki could also be added as a

   part of the hour session.

1 Hour Distant Spiritual Direction Session 

Price: $65

For those who would like to experience Spiritual Direction but live at a distance, this might be

an option. The session would be set up by phone, Skype, or FaceTime for a prearranged time

slot. The focus of a 1 hour Spiritual Direction session is in helping to guide the Mind, Body,

and Spirit to “Come to Quiet” by implementing various prayer and art techniques and holding 

sacred space. The Enneagram or Grief Work can also be used to frame this Spiritual Direction 

session.

1 1/2 Hour Spiritual Direction Session *

Price: $95

The focus of a 1 1/2 hour Spiritual Direction session is in giving a longer space of time to help guide the Mind, Body, and Spirit to “Come to Quiet” by implementing various contemplative practices and/or art techniques in holding sacred space. The Enneagram or Grief Work can also be used to frame a Spiritual Direction session.

 

* If looking to enhance the experience, Reiki could be added as a part of the 1½ hour session.  Integrative Reflexology could also be

   added within the Reiki session.

 

 

2 Hour Spiritual Direction or Reiki/Spiritual Direction or Combination Session *

Price: $125

One could opt for a 2 hour Spiritual Direction session to sit more deeply in listening below the noise of one’s life. There is also the option of combining both modalities in one in order to offer more time to take what surfaces in a Reiki session and go deeper with it in the context of a Spiritual Direction session. The Enneagram or Grief Work can also be used to frame a Spiritual Direction session.

 

 

* If looking to enhance the experience, Integrative Reflexology could also be added within the Reiki session.
