My Journey

I understand what it means to have life completely rearranged. When my husband died in 2007 from a brain tumor, I discovered that healing happens not by going around our deepest pain, but by finding sacred companions for the journey through it.

The path of grief taught me that we are never truly alone in our suffering, and that there is wisdom to be found even in the darkest valleys. This experience became the foundation for my calling to companion others through their own sacred passages.

But my most important credential is this: I've walked through the dark valley and found that even there, we are not alone. I'm honored to create sacred space for others on their own journeys toward healing and wholeness.

My Approach

I believe that each person carries within them an innate wisdom for healing and growth. My role is not to provide answers, but to create sacred space where you can listen more deeply to your own inner wisdom and the movement of the Divine in your life.

Whether through spiritual direction, grief support, Enneagram exploration, or Reiki healing, I aim to offer gentle, non-judgmental presence that honors your unique journey and pace.
